Our large flat bed router machine fits sheets up to 4 x 2 meters. The oversize on the sheets makes the job cost efficient and precise.

Allstar Plastics use the latest in equipment.  The Vision System is a true camera recognition system that can correct cut.

With this precise control from the router eye to automatically adjust for any angle, origin and distortion prior to cutting.

The Vision System, in conjunction with the routing head, makes profile cutting complicated shapes, such as letters, logo, symbols. The accuracy of the system is outstanding and the ability to cut detail on our most popular materials.

Multicam Vision System (MVS) for Digital Print Finish.

The MVS is the most powerful vision registration system on the market. The power behind the MVS is the unique software. The software is fully integrated within the new Multicam A2MC control system.

The primary application for the MVS system is digital print finishing where the camera is able to quickly find and recognise conventional registration marks and adjust the machine cutting path as necessary to achieve exact alignment with printed shapes.

The MVS includes full non linear/ linear distortion, skew and rotation correction. The MVS is compatible with all cutting tools that can be on an Multicam router, including an oscillating knife and tangential knife. This knife allows virtually any printed material to be cut including vinyl, mdf, acrylic, aluminium to align with printing.
